If You Have Not Received a Tracking Number:
- Please contact us through our Contact Form as soon as possible. We will consult with our Fulfillment Center to determine if the modification is feasible. Updates will be provided within 24 to 48 business hours.
If a Tracking Number Has Been Issued:

For shipments marked as "Label Created" or "The shipment notification has been sent," contact us via our Contact Form. We will check with our Fulfillment Center regarding the possibility of making changes and inform you of the outcome within 24 to 48 business hours.

If the shipment status has progressed beyond "Label Created" or "The shipment notification has been sent," the package may already be in transit. In such cases, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made, but we will make every effort to assist you.
