If the product doesn't function as expected during its production lifespan and you've purchased our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance, the warranty may allow for a replacement, covering the cost of the item excluding the shipping fee. Please note that misuse, wear & tear, and discontinuation of your product will render this warranty invalid. "Lifetime" refers to the time that the product is still in production. The warranty can be canceled without prior notice to the customer.
To utilize your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance:

Visit our Contact Form page to submit a request and select "Lifetime Warranty" as the category.

Attach the photo or video to your submission.
If a replacement is approved, we will notify you within 48 hours.
