My Package Was Sent Back to the Sender

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. This can happen for several reasons:

   • The address provided is incorrect or outdated. Couriers typically hold such packages for a period before returning them to us. Please double-check your address when placing an order.

2. Unrecognized Address Format or Incompatible Carrier:

   • Our system doesn't recognize the address format, or the package was assigned to a carrier that can't deliver to that address.

3. Restricted Address:

   • The address is a restricted location, such as a prison or correctional facility, where specific restrictions apply.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts:

   • The carrier attempted delivery but was unsuccessful. Most carriers make multiple attempts before returning the package.

5. Recipient Refusal:

   • The recipient refused the delivery, possibly due to not expecting the package.
