Dissatisfaction with Product
As a small business, we invest significant resources into sourcing products that align with current market trends and customer preferences. We encourage customers to thoroughly research and ensure the product meets their needs before making a purchase. Due to operational costs incurred, all sales are considered final, and refunds cannot be granted based solely on dissatisfaction.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item that is entirely different from what was ordered (e.g., ordering a dress but receiving shoes), we will replace it at no additional cost. Please provide three photos from different angles of the received item to expedite the replacement process. There is no need to return the incorrect item.
Items Not Received After 30 Days
- Items not received after 30 days [excluding shipments that are showing delivered on the carrier's website, e.g., showing delivered in USPS or Canada Post] is eligible for a free replacement.
- A replacement order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created.
